Step 1

Our label production process offers a great deal of flexibility when it comes to size, shape, and quantities. As we utilize laser cutting, we are able to accommodate a wide range of label sizes according to your specific requirements.

In terms of label size, we can create labels as large as approximately 600mm x 400mm. If you are unsure of the precise dimensions you need, simply provide us with the height of your text, and we will determine an appropriate label size accordingly.

As for label shape, just let us know what design you have in mind and where it needs to fit. If required, we can also include cut-outs to accommodate switches and dials.

Step 2

We can assist you in determining the appearance of your labels, including the design and color options.

For the design, we would require your input regarding the content you wish to include, such as text or a logo. Additionally, please let us know if you require multiple designs, such as labels with varying text, or if you only need a single design.

When it comes to color, we have a range of the most commonly used color combinations, which can be found in the chart below.

Step 3

In the final stage, you can decide if any additional options are necessary for your labels.

One such option is adhesive backing, which we can provide by adding an adhesive sheet to the back of your labels, should you require it.

What is Traffolyte?

Traffolyte, which is also referred to as Traffolite, is a type of plastic material with multiple layers, specifically designed for engraving purposes. It is primarily utilized in industrial settings due to its cost-effective and long-lasting qualities.

Phenolic plastic is the specific type of material used to create Traffolyte, which consists of three layers, including a core layer and two colored layers. The layering of different colors allows for the underlying colors to show through when a design is engraved onto the top layer.

What is Traffolyte Used For?

Traffolyte is commonly utilized for identification purposes, particularly for creating labels, plates, and nametags. Additionally, it is frequently used for labeling switchboards and machinery due to its exceptional durability and excellent insulating properties, making it a preferred material when dealing with electrical equipment.
